Executive Project BIM Sports Complex Riu Sec

From AIA and, together with BB Architects, we have delivered to the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona the executive project of Phase 1 of the Riu Sec Sports Complex, located in Cerdanyola del Vallès.

This project, of 7.815 m2 built and 17.181 m2 developable, includes among other spaces, a PAV-3 sports centre and a PCO-2 type swimming pool. In its outer area, a new public park is generated for the city. The work has been carried out entirely under the BIM methodology, in absolute synchronization with the BIM standards of the AMB.

Our team has been responsible for managing and modelling both the architectural project and the installations, in addition to coordinate the information of the different agents of other disciplines that have worked collaborating.
