The refurbishment of the Cartago Hotel in Ibiza is underway

This is the second of the three stages of AIA’s hotel intervention in Cala Sant Miquel (Ibiza).

The first was the Hotel Siau Ibiza, which opened last July.

The second is the Hotel Cartago. It is scheduled to open in the summer of 2023.

The last phase will be the start of the refurbishment of the Hotel Galeón, scheduled for this autumn.

Hotel Cartago is a 70’s building on which a comprehensive refurbishment and modernization project is now planned for 196 rooms and a total area of 12,000 m2.

The AIA project also includes the complete design of its interior design as well as its engineering. The hotel is designed to achieve a BREEAM “very good” environmental rating.
