Realised in conjunction with 080 Architecture, the new complex is conceived as a compact, austere building, without complexities of form and minimising investment.
The new equipment is located following the northwest/southeast axis of the existing racquetball courts and is separated as much as possible from the avenue to formalize a new urban public space, which will become the main access point to the complex and a civic meeting point, placing the bar and its terrace in this privileged space. A structure with pre-stressed concrete slabs and an outer skin of white exposed brickwork with defined and regular openings is proposed.
