The new Institute is located on a plot on the boundary between the residential and industrial fabric, facing one of the most important avenues in the industrial sector, on the threshold of the city's future facilities. The implantation recognises the importance of the avenue, from which it is accessed in the center, and is laid out with the alignment of the main facade, but without renouncing a sequence of filters that allow it to be distanced from the street. A public square - a public space - is proposed as an urban element that favours access to the center and allows all the students to come together at peak times. Thus, the proposal is synthesized in a compact volume aligned on the consolidated street and a smaller volume containing the gymnasium and dining hall inside the plot. The play area opens up to the good south orientation and the north and west facades are consolidated. The typological model proposed is compact, with a bright and generous central corridor and classrooms on both sides. An economical, compact, flexible and efficient volume, which also integrates within its limits all the elements of the facilities. The alignment to the street allows an optimal orientation of the classrooms; all the classrooms for permanent use are oriented to the north and the complementary classrooms and workshops to the south.
